The House Languages event, which took place on Friday, 4^th December, was a great success and all Houses are to be commended for their worthy contributions. Competitors from year 7 to year 13 produced entertaining sketches and songs in French, German and Spanish. Pieces of creative writing contributed to the overall result. Entries from years 10, 12 and 13 were particularly impressive.

Congratulations go to Westgate who won the event for the second year running. It was, however, a strongly contested battle between Westgate and Eastgate with Eastgate losing by one mark.
