Working closely with the Virtual School, we ensure that the educational needs of Looked After Children are fully met. Our staff are actively involved in planning and reviewing Personal Education Plans (PEPs), helping to set clear targets and monitor progress. By maintaining strong communication with carers, social workers, and the Virtual School, we ensure that every looked-after child receives the guidance, resources, and encouragement they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
