When pupils join the School, parents complete an Inclusion Questionnaire so we can understand needs straight away.

From this, we put support in place quickly – such as Pupil Passports, My Plans, pastoral support and access arrangements.

Passports are created with pupils and parents, shared promptly with teachers, and reviewed regularly to ensure they remain effective.

We offer a range of interventions – including academic support, ELSA sessions, Lego Therapy and reading programmes – chosen because they are proven to work.

Their impact is monitored closely and adapted if needed. When appropriate, we also work with external agencies such as CAMHS, SALT and Young Glos.

We believe every pupil can succeed, regardless of need or background. Strong communication with families is central to our approach, supported by regular parental and pupil voice surveys.

Adaptive teaching is central to our classroom practice. All staff receive regular training to ensure lessons meet the needs of every learner. By getting it right for our most vulnerable pupils, we improve learning for all.

We regularly seek feedback from pupils, families and staff, and we continually refine our practices.

Our aim is simple: to ensure that all pupils - not just some - can achieve and thrive.
